It is caused by many reasons causing crushing of median nerve due to high pressure in carpal tunnel. The median nerve passes through carpal tunnel formed by transverse carpal ligament and the carpal bones with their intervening articulation. Though carpal tunnel syndrome is a mechanical condition. Our results are excellent. By now we have treated many cases and we don’t remember any failure.
